About Us

Welcome to the official site of Xi Iota Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated. Xi Iota, was chartered July 1, 1954 in Charlottesville, VA. Our chapter is based in Charlottesville, VA but covers the counties of Albemarle, Fluvanna, Louisa, Madison, Nelson, and Waynesboro.

Our chapter mission represents and perpetuates our four cardinal principles: Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift with the purpose of revitalizing the Charlottesville African Community. Major Chapter projects are Habitat Humanity, Xi Iota Scholarship dance, Share your Blessing Turkey drive, Charles Drew Memorial Blood drive, Talent Hunt, Founders Day Celebration, and Voter Registration are some of our programs.
